Louisa Lytton tells Inside Soap that she would be interested in returning to EastEnders

Louisa Lytton has revealed that she would be interested in returning to EastEnders.

The actress starred as Ruby Allen in the soap for over a year between March 2005 and November 2006.

Of a potential return to Walford, Lytton told Inside Soap: "I love the thought of going back to the Square - even if it was for a week for old times' sake.

"From a personal point of view, it would be nice to show Ruby as an adult. People walked all over her and she cried all the time - so I'd like to see her return to Walford as a hard-faced bitch!"

A good night for EastEnders at the British Soap Awards 2010.

It was a triumphant night for EastEnders at the London Television Studios, where they managed to bag 10 out of a possible 17 British Soap Awards.

Accolades went to the Who Killed Archie Mitchell storyline and the EastEnders Live episode while Larry Lamb (Archie Mitchell) and Charlie Clements (Bradley Branning) also took away Villain of the Year and Best Exit, respectively.
