EastEnders star talks keep fit and plans for Ray

EastEnders star Chucky Venn has revealed plans to start a keep fit club to help some of his co-stars get in shape.

The former Footballers' Wives star - known for his toned physique - told Inside Soap magazine that Patsy Palmer and Tameka Empson are both keen to join him in the gym for a training session.

Chucky said: "I don't have as much time to train now, but I have promised a couple of my castmates that we'll hit the gym together. "

Bianca makes a new friend

More departures as Bianca and Carol depart later this month for six months. 

Patsy Palmer has been given six months off from her four kids in Albert Square – to spend more time with her four kids in real life.

Her character, single mum Bianca Butcher, will bow out at the end of the month in some of the most heart-breaking scenes in the soap’s history. Bianca is so broke she is forced to steal food for her family and she takes cash from a loan shark who she cannot repay.

Lindsey Coulson, 51, who plays Bianca’s mum Carol Jackson, is also having an extended break from Walford over the summer.

A new tabloid report claims to reveal how Pat Evans will leave Walford this christmas

EastEnders legend Pat Evans will die from a massive heart attack on New Year's Eve, reports The Daily Star Sunday.

Pat - played by Pam St. Clement - will discover that she has cancer after collapsing in her kitchen. Doctors inform Pat that her illness is untreatable before sending her home to spend her final days surrounded by loved ones.

The paper reports that Pat's family struggle to accept the news and that her son David Wicks - played by Michael French - makes a surprise return to be by her side.

The Mirror claims three alternate endings have been filmed for Pat Evans' exit

Walford stalwart Pat Evans will be departing the soap later this year, and a new report has claimed that EastEnders have filmed three alternative exits for her departure to keep the audience guessing.

According to The Mirror, Pat (played by Pam St Clement) will die one of three ways; killed in a fire, by a heart attack or from cancer.

A source told the paper: “When bosses built a special set for a huge fire in the Square everyone thought that was definitely how Pat was going to go.

The Sun claims to reveal how Pat will leave EastEnders this Christmas.

EastEnders stalwart Pat Evans will die from cancer this Christmas, a report has claimed.

Pat - played by Pam St. Clement - will discover that she has a terminal illness in the coming weeks, reports The Sun.

She will decide to keep the news to herself but arranges a party for her loved ones at the Vic to celebrate her life. Pat will reveal why she has gathered everyone together before returning home where she passes away peacefully in bed.

Details surrounding Pat’s exit storyline surfaced this weekend in the Daily Star Sunday newspaper.

The paper reported that the Walford veteran will pass away in a Christmas storyline described as ‘highly-charged’ and ‘one that the soap world will never ever forget.’

The report quoted an ‘EastEnders insider’ who said that the decision to kill the character off had come after ‘much deliberation’ and a decision from actress Pam St Clement that she would not be returning to the soap after her departure.

Bianca will be back

Patsy Palmer confirms her return to EastEnders.

Bianca Butcher will be returning to EastEnders, reports the Daily Mirror, as actress Patsy Palmer has negotiated a ‘working mums’ contract with bosses that gives her less screen time, but more time at home with her family.

Of the new agreement, Palmer told the paper, ‘My new contract will give me more time with my family.

EastEnders' actress Patsy Palmer has confessed she used to turn up to the set of the soap ''high on booze and drugs''.

The 38-year-old actress - who is currently on maternity leave from the BBC One soap - admitted when she first started playing Bianca Jackson in 1993 she would sometimes go straight to work after all-night benders.

She said: "I was turning up on set straight from the clubs high on booze and drugs.
