Lies. Where would EastEnders be without lies. Or secrets. Or just thinking "it's not the right time to tell them." Am I the only viewer who sometimes wants to smack the characters upside the head? Is this secretive behavior a British peculiarity? Or simply a plot device that lazy writers continually use to increase viewer suspense?
