Kellie Shirley talks to Inside Soap about the possibility of a return for Carly Wicks
Kellie Shirley has said that the 'door is open' for her to reprise her role as Carly Wicks in EastEnders.
Kellie told Inside Soap: "When Matt di Angelo and I left the producer told us that he wanted our characters to be 'hidden treasure', and with Shirley still in Walford, it's nice to know that we could return. "
Although Kellie left the show in 2008, she still looks back at her time with the soap fondly.
"I've got lots of brilliant memories. Becoming friends with Barbara Windsor was amazing, because she's a legend."
