Who’s the mystery girl in Walford?

A young girl arrives in Walford to find her father. It can only lead to trouble.

Troubled Ronnie hides a little girl in her flat after finding her wandering around the Square.

But who is the youngster - and will Ronnie try to keep her for good?

The drama unfolds when Ronnie spots a child being left alone as a woman waves goodbye to her.

Curious, Ronnie approaches the girl.

The eight-year-old explains that she has come to Walford to find her father - and shows Ronnie an old photo of him.

Ronnie is stunned when she recognises the man in the picture, and tells the girl she’ll take her to him.

But first, she invites her to spend the night at her flat.

The following morning, Ronnie has second thoughts about reuniting father and daughter.

So she visits Jack and asks how he feels about Penny living in France.

Jack claims it’s the right thing for all concerned and that he has no regrets.

Ronnie also grills Max, who says he couldn’t live without his two daughters.

Then she heaps praise on Billy for doing a wonderful job bringing up Jay - as well as his own kids, Janet and William.

Billy assures her he would happily do it all again.

So, is Ronnie gathering advice from men she is close to - or could one of them be the girl’s father?

Later, Ronnie purposefully heads over to The Vic.

But when she sees Max, Jack and Billy caught up in a heated argument with Phil, she has a change of heart and walks out.

It appears that one of the four men is the mystery girl’s dad.

But will Ronnie admit she has their daughter - and what will she do with the youngster now?
