Ross rules out EastEnders return

Ross Kemp - winner of the TV Personality award at the recent GQ Men of the Year awards – who left the show in 1999, reprising his role in 2005 and 2006 has said he’s not interested in returning to EastEnders at the moment, but hinted that he’s still open to possibly returning in the future.

“They seem to be doing quite well without me”, Ross said.

His investigative journalism career continues to go from strength to strength and has more documentaries in the pipeline at the moment, following on from his successful “Ross Kemp in Afghanistan” and “In Search of Pirates”. But he remained tight-lipped about the full details of his new venture.
