Tointon: 'People stare at my boobs'

EastEnders star Kara Tointon has revealed that people cannot resist looking at her boobs. The actress, who plays Dawn Swann in the BBC soap, has worn chest padding on set since her character had breast implants in 2005. She is quoted as saying: "Whenever I meet people they stare straight down at my chest because my character Dawn has had a boob job. "But it's all chicken fillets and foam pads. In real life, I've got nothing!"
