Eliminated in Week 2 of Dancing on Ice
EastEnders actress Laila Morse was last night axed from Dancing on Ice but said: “I’m not disappointed.”
The 66-year-old actress, who plays Big Mo Harris in the soap, found herself in the bottom two along with 80s actor Corey Feldman.
All three judges voted to keep Corey in the show, with Katarina Witt saying: “For the sake of Laila’s health, I will go for Corey.”
Laila had been advised to pull out after needing surgery on her shoulder after a fall. But she ignored the advice to continue on the ITV1 skating show and said: “It’s like being in the war, you just have to carry on.”
Laila had previously revealed she wouldn’t mind being eliminated as she plans to go away.
She said: “If I am out first, great. I’ve got three months off EastEnders, so I’ll go on holiday.”
