A face from Bianca's past will appear in Walford next year...
Bianca gets the shock of her life when Morgan’s father returns. However, the shock is even bigger for Ray when he discovers he has a son.
Fed up with seeing Bianca struggle financially, Whitney thinks it is time Morgan’s father contributed to his upbringing and unbeknownst to Bianca she tracks him down and arranges to meet him.
Ray hasn’t seen Bianca for years and they didn’t part on good terms so he goes to meet Whitney as he has matters with Bianca that are unresolved. However, Ray gets the shock of his life when Whitney tells him all about Morgan, and she soon realises that Ray knew nothing about his son.
Ray is determined to be a part of Morgan’s life and he heads to Walford. Although Bianca isn’t keen on having him around, Ray soon turns heads with the other ladies in Albert Square.
Ray will be played by Chucky Venn who has starred in many film and television roles including Footballers Wives, Bourne Ultimatum and The Dark Knight.
Speaking of his new role, Chucky says “I have had the pleasure of working on many great productions with fantastic artistes such as Morgan Freeman and I have to say working on EastEnders feels like it is up there with the best of them. EastEnders is etched in British history and it is an honour and a pleasure to be part of it.”
Chucky will appear on screen from January 2012.
