Nina wants 'Chryed' wedding fireworks

Nina talks to Inside Soap about the possibility of a Chryed wedding

EastEnders actress Nina Wadia has revealed that she would love her character Zainab Masood to cause fireworks at son Syed's next wedding.

Reports earlier this month suggested that Syed could tie the knot again later this year after his boyfriend Christian Clarke proposes to him in upcoming scenes.

Speaking to Inside Soap about the possibility of a 'Chryed' wedding, Wadia said "I'd love for that to happen!

"It would be so special for them and they'd really deserve to have a lovely day after all they'd been through. It's the only wedding she [Zainab] wouldn't be fighting to plan, isn't it? As Zainab, I'd love to completely destroy their big day!"

Formidable Zainab is currently trying to repair her damaged relationship with Syed, but next week's episodes will show that she is not yet ready to accept her son's partner.
