Five accolades for Enders at Inside Soap Awards
It's another rewarding night out for the cast of EastEnders.
EastEnders saw off the competition at the Inside Soap Awards in London to bag an impressive five gongs, including the award for Best Soap.
The BBC One serial’s victory in the top category takes this award season’s tally of Best Soap wins up to 7, out of a possible 7.
Jessie Wallace also collected her fourth Best Actress award of the year for her portrayal of fiery Kat Moon.
Best young actor was given to Walford’s Tiffany Butcher, Maisie Smith, while Tameka Empson was laughing all the way back to Elstree with the Funniest Performance award.
Completing the set, was the dramatic nuptials of young couple Tamwar and Afia Masood, which was crowned Best Wedding.
